Many students feel that drawing and painting in free time relieves stress and helps them focus better when online.

Note from the Artist: Sans is just the skeleton’s name he is a character from the game Undertale. An interesting thing I found was that his name was based on the font "comic sans font", I found that to be funny! Timothy, age 11 9/14/21
Jekyll and Hyde Movie poster from ELA 12 course: Note from the artist: I did use a basic outline of a face for reference to get the features in the right place, but the rest was all me. I'm not usually much of an artist, but I am very proud of this poster for sure. Isabel, age 17, 10/08/21
Note from the artist: Hello everyone I have made MoonBat Scarlet Spider and Black Panther. MoonBat is a Mash-Up between Moon Knight and Batman, Scarlet Spider is a different version of Spider-Man, and Black Panthers suit is a design of my own.—Marcus age 11, 9/10/2021
Baby Yoda for Noah. Noah, I am so glad you are back in your regular school now, and I hope my online ELA class challenged you enough that you feel prepared to do all the work your teacher gives you now. That’s what I hope more than anything, that you learned some strategies or skills that you take with you on your journey.
Note from the artist: I paint on rocks and my student Noah shared his drawing of Baby Yoda with me, so I had to give him the highest form of compliment, copying. Remember to always give credit to your sources.

This is a drawing I did of Baby Yoda from the Star Wars show The Mandalorian. Baby Yoda is my favorite character in that show. I used a sharpie to outline everything in the drawing so that the features would stand out more. I usually like to do that in my drawings.Noah age 11, 10/27/2021
